Hi, I’m Lindsey, Clarity and Conscious Soul Guide, and I guide the way forward for heart-centered leaders when the path ahead is unclear.

As a graduate of Public Health from Johns Hopkins, explorer of 25+ countries, consultant, teacher, connector, and pioneer of niche industries, I’ve been advising for the past 15 years.

I combine my experience as a business development and marketing consultant, event producer, fitness leader, and wellness guide to lead people back to themselves, to empower internal alignment and to reconnect humans with their health. I’ve worked with 500+ individuals in one-on-one sessions and dozens of founders to grow themselves and their businesses.

In my early years, I was an overachiever in school, sports, and hobbies (4.4 GPA, Cum Laude, 3-sport varsity athlete at Harvard-Westlake, ESPN NCAA Academic All-American in college). Out of a desire for financial stability, I began my career in finance. However, over the past two decades, I’ve followed my passion for sports, pole, innovation, metaphysics, yoga, human connection, learning and teaching to move with what lights me up.

In this era of great change, I invite all who are ready to have the courage, faith and trust to walk forward on their unique paths. When the terrain ahead is unclear that’s where we journey together.
