Hi, I’m Lindsey, Clarity and Conscious Soul Guide. I navigate with wisdom-led, heart-centered leaders when the path ahead is unclear.

As a graduate of Public Health from Johns Hopkins, health is my number one value. As one who loves learning and sharing, I’ve been teaching for 17+ years.

I combine my experience as an intuitive and consultant to direct people toward their own internal alignment, and have empowered hundreds of individuals and dozens of founders to discover clarity and purpose. In addition to bringing individuals into deeper connection with themselves, I connect people and communities.

In my early years, I was a dedicated student-athlete and started my career in finance. Over the past 20 years, I’ve followed my passion for wellness, movement, innovation, and human connection to create, uplift and inspire.

At this transitional time, I invite all who are ready, to have the courage and faith to walk forward on their unique paths. When the terrain is unclear, that’s where we can journey together.
