Hi, I’m Lindsey, Clarity and Conscious Soul Guide. I guide wisdom-led, heart-centered leaders when the path ahead is unclear.

As a graduate of Public Health from Johns Hopkins, health is my number one value. With a love for learning and teaching, I’m committed to fostering growth and thriving for individuals, couples and collectives.

I combine my experience as an intuitive and consultant to direct people toward their own internal alignment. I’ve empowered hundreds of individuals and dozens of founders to discover clarity and direction. In addition to bringing individuals into deeper connection with themselves, I connect people and communities.

In my early years, I was a dedicated student-athlete and started my career in finance. Over the past 20 years, I’ve followed my passion for well-being and authentic human connection to inspire and guide.
